So this past week was my spring break and my friend Abby invited me to go to her spinning and yoga class because I happened to be free. So I of course said yes. Now before I go on, I should say this I do not work out. I mean I eat healthy and I walk sometimes but I am not one of those girls who goes to the gym everyday and runs miles on the treadmill. I just think there are better uses for my time. Now, I also want to say that I am not fat either. Okay, so on Tuesday morning at 9am there I was at the YMCA in my shorts and t-shirt getting ready to do my first spinning class. And I have to say, the class was great! Yeah, I was sore for the next few days and my butt hurt like crazy from the seat but the class itself was really good. The instructor was very encouraging and she helped me make it through. Plus, the lights were off (one of the best parts about the class) so no one could see the fact that I was dying.
Well, the whole reason I'm writing this post is because the morning of the class i was scouring the web looking for outfit ideas for spinning classes (because I had no idea what people wear to them) and I couldn't really find anything! So, now I'm writing this article to hopefully help you if you ever find yourself in need of an outfit idea for your next workout class.
Lots of love,
