Hey guys I'm on my way to my hometown for a wedding but wanted to give you a quick post. The leaves are gorgeous and I'm having a great time with my sisters. Anyway here are some outfit shots from a while back. I love this dress, it makes me feel like I'm running to an important meeting (which sometimes I am lol). Enjoy!

My style: Floral

Hey everyone! I've been crazy busy and that's why I haven't posted on here in a while, in fact this will be a quick one as well. I've been keeping up with taking pics I just haven't been able to post about them so this will be something just to let you all know I'm still alive lol. Hope you are all having a great fall season and for those of you who have actual seasons (sorry fellow floridians) enjoy the changing of the leaves, it's one of my favorite things about fall. I am driving to MO tomorrow so ill get to see some of the leaves as we travel through the mountains. I can't wait!!! Anywho, here is an outfit I actually wore a while back but beggars can't be choosers an I liked this outfit so I'm sharing it with you.

My Style: Wedding colors??

This may be my favorite outfit that I have ever worn. And that is saying a lot because I have had a lot of favorites but I recently tried this color combo together and it has immediately become my all-time favorite. There is something very preppy about it that just makes me feel very pulled together. And now looking at it, I'm even contemplating using it as my wedding colors (whenever I get around to actually getting married). What do you think, good choice or am I getting carried away with my love of navy and coral? I guess I'll let you decide for yourself by taking a peek at my pics.

The Write Style: Fun Ideas (and outfits) for Labor Day weekend

Guess what’s just around the corner?! Labor Day! And you know what that means…it’s your last chance to have some summer fun before fall arrives. I personally love Labor Day weekend because it’s such a chill holiday. There is nothing to do except hang out with friends and enjoy the last few summer days. I have compiled a list of some of the most fun things to do for Labor Day below.

Cookout- I love going to cookouts, not so much hosting them, because I can just hang out with friends rather than manning the grill the whole time. Still, any chance to be with my friends is good enough for me. So I might just have to see about planning one of these. 

Pool or Beach Party- We recently added a pool in the backyard and I am so in love. I have yet to have a pool party so that also might be on the agenda for Labor Day weekend. For those of us that live near the ocean, a beach party is also a great idea for the upcoming break. This used to be a weekly event when I was in college and even thinking about it now makes me want to grab my beach bag, call a few friends and head over to that sandy paradise.

Shopping- What list would be complete with shopping? Tons of stores are offering sales and discounts for Labor Day and it would be foolish not to take advantage of this. 

Movies: So many good movies have come out recently and they are just getting better as the year goes on. Whether you’re looking forward to some romance, action, or terror the movies can offer you all of these (plus they have popcorn, and who doesn’t love popcorn?) 

Bar hopping- I’m not much for the club scene but take me to a good bar and I am all for it. I tend to prefer the more laidback atmosphere and thankfully so do my friends.

My Style: My Birthday Bag

I don't remember if I ever shared on here but for my birthday (way back in May) the boyfriend got me the best gift! It was a coral Coach bag that I saw and had to have. Affectionately nicknamed Coach I took it everywhere for about a month straight. These photos below are from that time. I know go ahead and stare, it is quite lovely.

Oh also, the picture behind me was actually painted by my super talented Mother. I'll have to do a post showing all her work cuz its awesome. Anyway, I'm having an end of the summer party tonight at my place beacuse two of my sisters are leaving for college tomorrow so I better start setting up. I'll talk to you guys soon.

My Style: Romper

Hey guys! I have been swamped at work and so I haven't been able to get on here like I want to. But the funny thing is that I've managed to take tons of outfit shots I just never get to upload them. So, some of these posts (including this one) have outfits from a while back but I'm sure they're still relevant so here you go.

I wore this romper on a Saturday while doing some running around. I love rompers because they are easy like dresses. You only need one piece of clothing and you have an entire outfit. The only drawback to them is that you must give yourself ample time for bathroom breaks.
